Halloween Costumes 2012 for Women - Rita Hayworth

Rita Hayworth was an iconic American film actress and dancer who attained fame during the 1940s as one of the era's top stars. She appeared in 61 films over 37 years and is listed as one of the American Film Institute's Greatest Stars of All Time.

Rita Hayworth's Personal Quotes

"Every man I have ever known has fallen in love with Gilda and awakened with me."

"All I wanted was just what everybody else wants, you know, to be loved."

"What surprises me in life are not the marriages that fail, but the marriages that succeed."

All we remember her as Gilda.

Gilda is a 1946 American black and white film noir directed by Charles Vidor.
It stars Glenn Ford and Rita Hayworth in her signature role as the ultimate femme fatale. The film was noted for cinematographer Rudolph Mate's lush photography, costume designer Jean Louis' wardrobe for Hayworth (particularly for the dance numbers), and choreographer Jack Cole's staging of "Put the Blame on Mame" and "Amado Mio", sung by Anita Ellis.
